I just witnessed an accident. A youing man in a car with the licence "HFL3814" Pa tags just hit a elderly gentlemen while he was waiting In a long line of cars at a red light. This young man tore off the tale light on the back right end of the car. The hit was so hard that victims trunk could not stay down. The young man pulled over as though he was going to stop --then did a quick u-turn and kept going. The elderly man was so upset that he just continued to shake all over. We called 911. Everything happened so quickly I ran into the street with no shoes on. While we waited for the police I decided to run in an put my shoes on and throw on a jacket. When I went back out the older Gentlemen pulled off. The police never showed up. I called them again. They finally sent someone out. They said there was nothing they could do becaused both partys left. I spoke to a policeman that was at the corner. I told him what happened he said a crime was not commited. Maybe I am wrong but I thouight a hit and run was a crime. Well, If they can do nothing , Can you? Have you seen this tag # on a car  "HFL3814" Pa tags? Do you know who the owner may be?
